We offer ranch, cape cod, and two story homes in sizes from 900 to over 3000 square feet. We can customize one of our over 175 plans or build from your plan. Our homes are built indoors under controlled conditions in Nappanee , Indiana and delivered to your site. Our top quality system built homes are built by Heckaman Homes.
