If you have a contractor in mind, or if you have the skills to be your own contractor, you can construct your home yourself. Our experts will work with you to help you choose and design your floor plans and features, and then deliver your materials, so you can construct your home on your timeline. We can also work with you to design and construct your modular home from start to finish.

Home Only Project

We’ll work with you to design the modular home that is perfect for you, and have it placed on your foundation. You can act as your own project manager, or choose a contractor of your choice to handle utilities, inspections, and other important items. Start to Finish Project

If you’re within the Greater Lansing area our team is available to coordinate aspects of your project from start to finish. This approach is the most expensive option, but it ensures all aspects of your project are handled and requires less overall effort from you.
